For gastronomy fans, you will find places with all the latest trends: coffee roasters, vegan restaurants, international cuisine, horchata and ice cream, artisan bakeries.

If you like walking, you will love the Rambla de Poblenou and the Amigó pedestrian street, frequented by the people of the neighborhood.

And the best part: the beach is just four blocks away. Watch the sunrise, play sports, relax in a hammock under an umbrella or eat at a beach bar.

When it comes to exploring other parts of the city, you are very well connected to public transport, as well as the airport.

This apartment is rented for a minimum of one month, so you will have plenty of time to discover Poblenou and the city of Barcelona.

CONDITIONS

Long term bookings have an agency fee of 10% + IVA of the total booking value.

SUPPLIES: The cost of electricity, water, gas and internet is not included in the price and is paid separately at €200 monthly.

CLEANING: There is a cost of 90 EUR for the final cleaning of the apartment which is not included in the price.
