Your apartment: a cosy, functional space designed so that you don't lack anything, located on the 3rd floor without a lift.

Inside the apartment you will find a bright dining room where you will feel at home. The living room has a sofa and, best of all, a balcony, from which you can contemplate the city. 

In the kitchen, all the appliances you need to enjoy a comfortable stay.

You have two bedrooms; one with a double bed and a private bathroom inside, and the other with a single bed with a small desk if you have to work. There is a second bathroom with a shower. 

At the moment, there are ongoing works on the exterior facade of the building. 

Make the most of it: you're in the Eixample Esquerra neighborhood, voted by Time Out magazine in 2020 as the best neighbourhood in the world to live in. 

The streets that surround you are full of shops and restaurants to satisfy all your needs without having to walk more than 5 minutes. Enric Granados street, next to your house, is ideal for walking around and having brunch in one of its lively venues and terraces.

You can visit the Mercat del Ninot for your most authentic food purchases and you also have the Hospital Clínic and the Hospital del Sagrat Cor just 500m away.

Though everything’s within easy reach on foot, you can hop on a bus, tram or the metro and go further afield. And since this apartment is dedicated to monthly rentals, you will have plenty of time to explore the entire city.

In order to market the HUT, the NRTC (Registration in the Tourism Registry) is required. As the obtaining of this number is not automatic, while the NRTC is not available, the tourism regulation enables the holder to market the HUT with a "provisional number", which for this floor is: 02-IU2019-2779.
