Welcome to your home in Barcelona. Waiting for you is a modern apartment looking out onto the Mediterranean. Spacious and filled with light, it sits at the end of La Diagonal, the city’s main thoroughfare.
It is home to two attractive bedrooms; one with a double bed and a spacious walk-in wardrobe, the other with a single bed and a small desk so you can work in comfort, if you have to.
The two bathrooms are large and well equipped; one with a bath and the other a shower.
The modern kitchen is fitted with the very best appliances and accessories. It opens out to the lounge and dining room, which are large and filled with light and lead out to a spacious balcony offering views of this new part of town and of the sea beyond.
There’s also parking if you need it.
Once you’ve settled in, you can explore the city centre (just 20 minutes away by public transport) and walk Barcelona’s most iconic streets, such as Las Ramblas and the Paseo de Gracia, and discover the Barrio Gótico, Born and Eixample.
If you have a car, you may also want to venture a little further afield and discover everything Catalunya has to offer.
If shopping is your thing, you simply have to pay a visit to La Roca Village and its outlet stores, a mere 20-minute drive away. On the way back, you can take in the Costa del Maresme, with its seaside villages and beaches such as Santa Susana and Pineda de Mar, which are home to some excellent restaurants that are open all year round, thanks to the pleasant climate in this part of the world.
There’s plenty for nature and culture lovers to see and do too. The Costa Brava, Montserrat Mountain and its monastery, and the medieval villages of Empordà are all within easy reach. If you like your vino, you can explore the wine-making region of Penedés and taste its famous wines and cavas. And if you have little ones, you can spend the day at Tibidabo Amusement Park or the world-famous Port Aventura theme park in Tarragona.
For those of you in a group, there are two more apartments available to rent nearby.
We’re all ready to welcome you. And so is your apartment. So when are you coming?

TRAVELING BY CAR?
If you’re planning on driving to Barcelona, rest assured we’ll help you park your car safely. We
typically recommend booking your parking spot in advance online via Parclick.
In order to protect air quality and public health, traffic in Barcelona has been restricted from 1 January
2020. Therefore, the most polluting vehicles will not be allowed to circulate on working days, Monday
to Friday, from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm. Please enter the number plate of your vehicle to find out if it can
circulate freely in Barcelona here.
Vehicles registered outside Spain are not classified according to the environmental criteria of the
Spanish Traffic Authority DGT. For this reason, all foreign vehicles must be registered before they can
drive in the low emission zones. Applications can be made to include any kind of foreign-registered

House rules
Welcome to Barcelona! We are delighted to have you with us and hope you have an amazing time
at our apartment. To make sure your trip goes smoothly, here are some basic ground rules that
we kindly ask you to follow.
Please take the neighbours into consideration
We would appreciate it if you could keep any noise to a minimum after 10pm (so no parties or
loud music, please) and to avoid letting doors slam shut or making too much noise when
entering and leaving the building. Your holiday is important to us, but so is the well-being of your
neighbours, who still need to go about their everyday lives in peace and tranquillity. Any guests
who cause a disturbance by hosting a party or such like will be asked to leave the apartment
immediately (no refund will be made in such circumstances). Please also be aware that you are
not allowed to have more guests staying at the apartment than indicated in your reservation.
Keys and check-out
Please do not leave the keys in the mailbox when vacating the apartment. If you leave earlier
than your check-out time, please leave the keys on the table and pull the door shut behind you.
The doors to most of our apartments do not need to be locked when you leave, which makes it
very easy for you to lock yourself out. To avoid this, make sure you keep the key with you
whenever you leave the apartment and lock the door yourself.
No smoking!
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. If you have to smoke, please go outside.
Save energy
We kindly ask you to please turn the lights and air conditioning units OFF whenever you leave the
apartment.
Extras
Additional cleaning, bedding, etc. can be arranged for longer stays. Please request this when
making your booking.
Tourist tax
The government of Catalunya now levies a tourist tax of €4.40 per person over the age of 16 per
night, over a maximum of seven days. The tax helps pay for clean beaches, well-maintained
roads and excellent facilities.
Arrival
Standard check-in is from 3pm to 8pm. Though we do accommodate late arrivals, the following
fees will be charged to cover for our staff having to work late:
-Monday to Saturday:
-Sunday and holidays
These fees must be paid in cash to the Lodging Barcelona staff member during check-in.
Departure
Check-out time is 11am. If there are no other bookings on the day you depart, you can arrange to leave your luggage in the apartment until you leave Barcelona or arrange a later check-out time.
Lost keys
A fee of €50 will be charged for the replacement of lost keys.
One last request
On your last day, please wash the dishes and take out the garbage. Thank you!
