A perfect day in Barcelona starts at Casa Liceu, in the Raval, the most authentic neighborhood in Barcelona.
When you open the door to your new home in Barcelona, you will find a bright living room with a dining room and a kitchen with high ceilings and large windows that open out onto the famous street of Sant Pau.
Imagine getting up in the morning, preparing a coffee and looking out to greet the city.
The bedroom has a double bed and a spacious bathroom. The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate two more people.
If you’re in a group and you want to be close to each other, you have the option of booking up to five similar apartments, each of them on a different floor. You can also check out our Casa Liceu 1 apartments in the same building, which look out to the inner courtyard rather than the street.
And since a perfect day in Barcelona is best enjoyed on foot, you have everything close by: the spectacular Las Ramblas, the beating heart of the city, with the iconic La Boqueria market and Liceu Theatre, Gaudí's Palau Güell, Barcelona Aquarium, the Maritime Museum and much more besides.
El Raval is also home to some of the best eateries in the city: the most modern and sophisticated alongside classic haunts, offering more traditional and local cuisine. Make no mistake: you’re sure to eat well!
But don't worry about trying to do it all in one day. You can enjoy a full 30 days as this apartment is rented on a monthly basis.
Casa Liceu has surveillance cameras and is very well connected to the airport and the city’s public transport network.
You also have the support of the Lodging team, who are just a phone call away, 24 hours a day.
We’re ready to welcome you. And so is your apartment. So when are you coming?
METRO Plaça de Catalunya and Liceu.

Additional rules
Welcome to Barcelona! We’re delighted to have you with us and we hope you have an amazing time staying in our flat. That being said, and at the risk of stating the obvious, here are some basic ground rules for you to follow.
Be mindful
We’re not the police, nor do we want you to feel like we’re patronizing you, but we think it’s our duty to point out some common-sense stuff, as we’ve had some experiences in the past with guests who haven’t behaved so well.
Respect the neighbors. Put yourself in their shoes and keep the noise down to a minimum after 10PM. You are on holiday, but they are probably stressed about their jobs and would appreciate a good night’s sleep. We want you to have fun but to be reasonable too, and to treat others how you would want them to treat you. Also, try to avoid slamming doors and making a noise in hallways. And please try to be quiet when entering the building. It’s not hard to be a good neighbor and annoying them is only going to get you into trouble, which is something you surely don’t need when you’re on holiday. You’re also not allowed to have more guests than you stated when making your reservation.
No parties! We get it – you’re excited about being in Barcelona. But remember: the walls are thin and if you’re having a party, then so are the neighbors. And they might not be in the mood for one. Bear in mind that they may call the police to complain, which is something we all want to avoid. Any guests causing a disturbance will be asked to leave the apartment immediately. And they won’t get a refund. Sorry!
Keys and check-out
Please do not leave the keys in the mailbox. If you leave earlier than your check-out time, please leave the keys on the table and pull the door shut behind you. Most flats have doors that don’t need to be locked when you leave. Incidentally, that’s something to watch out for, as it’s very easy to get locked out, which is also a bummer – take our word for it! Make sure you lock the door with the key every time you leave the flat. It’ll keep your belongings safer.
Do not smoke inside
NO smoking allowed in the apartment. We care about your lungs, but if you have to do it, please step outside. We’d like to keep the flat smelling nice and fresh for our next guests.
Do not waste energy
We kindly ask you to please turn the lights and air conditioning units OFF whenever you leave the apartment. We care about our planet.
Other stuff
Additional cleaning, bedding, etc. can be arranged for longer stays but please make sure you request this when booking.
