Monthly Booking conditions

Pre-Booking and Payment Process

The pre-booking is made online by paying a percentage of the total rental amount (usually 10%), as indicated at the time of the request.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit card (Stripe)

  • PayPal

  • Bank transfer: The client must contact us in advance to receive the bank details. The payment must be credited to our account before the pre-booking can be confirmed. Validation is manual and requires sending the payment receipt.
    *Any bank fees are the responsibility of the client.

⚠️ Important:
The pre-booking is subject to review by our team and does not imply a confirmed reservation.
To evaluate the request, the client must send all required documentation within 48 hours of pre-booking.
Availability is not guaranteed until this process is completed and a team member validates the client's profile.
Otherwise, the amount paid will be refunded.

 



Reservation Confirmation and Security Deposit

Once the client’s profile is validated, a refundable security deposit will be required, based on the duration of the stay:

  • 1 month deposit for stays of 1 to 3 months.

  • 2 months deposit for stays of 4 to 11 months.

The reservation will be confirmed by email, including the apartment address, terms, pending payments, and check-in contact details.

 



Remaining Rent Payment

The remaining rental amount can be paid in the following ways:

  • Online via credit card (Stripe): subject to a 3.5% fee, borne by the client.

  • Bank transfer: the amount must be credited to our account before check-in.
    Any bank charges are also the responsibility of the client.

     



Required Documentation

The client must send the following documentation within 48 hours after pre-booking:

  • Passport or ID

  • Reason for the stay

  • Brief personal description

  • For stays longer than 3 months:

    • Work contract and last two payslips

    • University acceptance letter (if applicable)

 



Cancellation Policy

  • More than 30 days before check-in: 100% refund

  • Between 15 and 30 days before check-in: 50% refund

  • Less than 15 days before check-in: no refund
     

Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 30 days in advance. If requested later, penalties may apply.

 



Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: From 3:00 PM. Rental contract must be signed, and any pending balance must be paid.

  • Late check-in: Subject to an extra fee of €30 to €60, depending on the time and day.

  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be requested for an additional fee.
     

Key handover, balance payment, and entry instructions will be communicated by email prior to arrival.

 



Refundable Security Deposit

The deposit must be paid once the client's profile is approved and can be paid via:

  • Bank transfer: bank fees are the responsibility of the client.

  • Credit card (Stripe): subject to a 3.5% fee, also at the client’s expense.
     

The exact amount of the deposit depends on the apartment and will be communicated prior to confirming the reservation.

The deposit will be refunded by bank transfer approximately 30 days after check-out (or up to 60 days for stays longer than 3 months), provided there are no damages or issues.

 



Cleaning

  • The final cleaning service is included in the reservation and will be carried out after check-out.

  • The apartment must be left tidy, with clean dishes and trash removed.

  • For stays longer than 2 months, a monthly cleaning is included (no linen change).
    Linen/towel changes are available upon request for an additional €30.
     

 



The Contract

  • The rental contract is signed during check-in, though it can also be sent for digital signature. It is a simple agreement outlining behavior rules during the stay.

  • The person signing the contract is responsible for all accompanying guests.

  • In case of rule violations, Lodging Apartments reserves the right to request the immediate departure of the guest.
     



Legal Responsibility

  • Neither Lodging Apartments nor the property owner shall be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the apartment, including but not limited to: fire, theft, loss, or criminal activity.

  • Lodging Apartments is not responsible for any errors or omissions on its website and reserves the right to change prices, descriptions, or images at any time.

  • Lodging reserves the right to update its terms and conditions without prior notice, according to business needs.

  • It is the user’s responsibility to ensure they are aware of the latest version of the terms and conditions published on the website.
    Use of the website and services implies full acceptance of these terms.
