Located on the top floor of the building, it has a lift with direct entry. Luxurious, stylish, newly refurbished and featuring exclusive flooring and furniture, the apartment is filled with natural light throughout the day. It has a spacious double room with views, a complete white marble bathroom with a jacuzzi, a fully equipped designer kitchen, and a gorgeous lounge with a balcony looking out on to the sea.

You’ll also have private access to the building’s rooftop terrace equipped with sun beds and a chill out seating area, where you can eat or relax enjoying the very endless views to Mediterranean sea and the city of Barcelona.

There are three other balconies in the apartment, not to mention a safe, security cameras, security doors, an intruder alarm and smoke detectors connected to the main office 24/7.

If you decide to go to the beach, get ready to enjoy the old seaside district of La Barceloneta, now one of the city's most dynamic and cosmopolitan neighbourhoods. Picture yourself swimming, taking a paddleboarding class, playing with your children on the sand, jogging on the shores of the Mediterranean or just enjoying the diverse cuisine of a district that is especially well known for its rice and fish dishes and its myriad bars.

The city centre is just a ten-minute walk away if your plan is to go sightseeing. Waiting for you there are Barcelona’s most iconic districts, buildings and monuments: the Barrio Gótico, El Raval, Plaza Catalunya and the Paseo de Gracia, to name but a few.

The apartment enjoys excellent transport links with the airport and is well served by public transport. The Hospital del Mar is only 500 metres away and Barceloneta market, which opened in 1884, is also close by. Do your shopping there and you’ll feel like a true local. It’s well worth a visit.
