To truly feel part of the city, your best option is to settle in Casa Sardenya, in the Eixample, the heart of Barcelona.
The Eixample, famous for its precise and harmonious street layout, is one of the most dynamic areas of Barcelona.
It is the district of the main promenades, such as Passeig de Gràcia, Rambla de Catalunya and Passeig de Sant Joan. With some of the most emblematic buildings on the Modernism Route, such as LaSagrada Familia, La Pedrera and Casa Batlló. And at the same time it’s the city’s residential and quiet district, with gardens hidden in the interior of the patio, pleasant squares full of terraces and small shops, where daily life passes by with a pleasant routine.
Countless bars and restaurants, many with coveted terraces, dot every street in the neighbourhood. We encourage you to try a different one every day: a coffee, a soft drink, some tapas, a lunch menu so typical of the city, or an elegant dinner. Any excuse will do.
Nothing is far from you and with public transport so close to your apartment there are endless combinations.
But with stays of 30 days or more, you’ll have time to discover all the secrets of the Catalan capital.
If you’re travelling in a group, you can rent several apartments in the same building.
In addition, you have the support of the Lodging team, which offers you a 24-hour telephone service.
We’re ready to welcome you. And so is your apartment So, when are you coming?

Although we were first worried about only having one bathroom for four people, the separated shower and toilet helps accommodate and there was no issues. While the rooms are on the smaller side, the living room has a lot of light and the apartment as whole is very welcoming. It’s in a great location, right by sagrada familia with great connections to all metro lines to get around the city. Cons: Hot shower water can run out if all people in the apartment need to shower at the same time and communication with the apartment owners can be difficult if you don’t speak Spanish. Overall it’s a great place to stay!
