The living room, with its small TV corner with its designer sofa and dining table, is connected to the vibrant kitchen with its typical Catalan hydraulic mosaic, inspired by 19th century fashion.
You have two rooms: one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. The bathroom, with a shower, you will see that it is like new.
You will enjoy a quiet and familiar environment, very little touristy. The streets of Sants are full of atmosphere and tapas bars and vermouth bars. Here’s a pro tip: don't forget to go to Sant Vermut, next to your apartment. And if you are here in September, enjoy together with your neighbors the festivities of Sants.
When it comes to shopping, Carrer de Sants is advertised as the longest shopping street in Europe. You also have the Mercat de Sants if you want to buy vegetables and fruit, meat or some fresh fish that you can prepare in your beautiful kitchen.
You are close to the Plaça de Espanya, the Fira (the Barcelona Convention and Fair Centre) and the famous Montjuïc mountain with the Joan Miró Foundation or the beautiful and picturesque Poble Espanyol (built for the world exposition in 1929) and the Olympic Stadium.
Also, it is the neighborhood with the best public transport links in Barcelona. You’re next to the Sants train station, the city’s main railway interchange. From there you can catch trains to Catalonia, Spain or abroad.
But don't stress, you have 30 days or more to explore Barcelona as this apartment is for monthly rentals.

Long term bookings have an agency fee of 10% + IVA of the total booking value.
SUPPLIES: The cost of electricity, water, gas and internet is not included in the price and is paid separately at €150 or €200 monthly, depending on the type of apartment.
CLEANING: There is a cost of 90 EUR for the final cleaning of the apartment which is not included in the price.

Un alojamiento precioso, es muy agradable y entra bastante luz, hay de todo lo que necesites (cafetera, tostadora, secadora, plancha) no nos ha hecho falta comprar nada. La ubicación es genial al lado de la estación ya que puedes coger cualquier metro. Lo malo sería que es casi un 4 sin ascensor y las escaleras son muy incómodas para subir, el resto todo genial!
