This newly renovated apartment, located on the 4th floor, is the perfect house for those who want to live in the centre of Barcelona and don’t mind not having a lift.
The living room will surprise you with its authentic stone wall, a legacy of medieval times, and its high exposed beam ceilings.
The spacious and modern kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils for your comfort.
You have a room with a double bed and a full bathroom.
The apartment is located in the oldest district of Barcelona: the Gòtic. This beautiful neighborhood, with its buildings and narrow streets, will transport you to medieval times. It is a neighborhood full of street artists and musicians, small antique shops, artisans, designers... and cosy restaurants, tapas bars and cafés where you can enjoy some churros with chocolate.

To Plaça del Pi, with its beautiful medieval church that often hosts music concerts. To the monumental Plaça del Rei or the secret Plaça de Sant Felip Neri, which many local residents consider the most beautiful in the city.
But don’t worry, you have 30 days or more to explore the Gothic and Barcelona as this apartment is for monthly rentals.
In addition, you have the support of the Lodging Apartments team, which offers you a 24-hour telephone service.

Welcome to Barcelona! We’re delighted to have you with us and we hope you have an amazing time staying in our flat. That being said, and at the risk of stating the obvious, here are some basic ground rules for you to follow.
We’re not the police, nor do we want you to feel like we’re patronizing you, but we think it’s our duty to point out some common-sense stuff, as we’ve had some experiences in the past with guests who haven’t behaved so well.
Respect the neighbors. Put yourself in their shoes and keep the noise down to a minimum after 10PM. You are on holiday, but they are probably stressed about their jobs and would appreciate a good night’s sleep. We want you to have fun but to be reasonable too, and to treat others how you would want them to treat you. Also, try to avoid slamming doors and making a noise in hallways. And please try to be quiet when entering the building. It’s not hard to be a good neighbor and annoying them is only going to get you into trouble, which is something you surely don’t need when you’re on holiday. You’re also not allowed to have more guests than you stated when making your reservation.
No parties! We get it – you’re excited about being in Barcelona. But remember: the walls are thin and if you’re having a party, then so are the neighbors. And they might not be in the mood for one. Bear in mind that they may call the police to complain, which is something we all want to avoid. Any guests causing a disturbance will be asked to leave the apartment immediately. And they won’t get a refund. Sorry!
Keys and check-out
Please do not leave the keys in the mailbox. If you leave earlier than your check-out time, please leave the keys on the table and pull the door shut behind you. Most flats have doors that don’t need to be locked when you leave. Incidentally, that’s something to watch out for, as it’s very easy to get locked out, which is also a bummer – take our word for it! Make sure you lock the door with the key every time you leave the flat. It’ll keep your belongings safer.
Do not smoke inside
NO smoking allowed in the apartment. We care about your lungs, but if you have to do it, please step outside. We’d like to keep the flat smelling nice and fresh for our next guests.
Do not waste energy
We kindly ask you to please turn the lights and air conditioning units OFF whenever you leave the apartment. We care about our planet.
Additional cleaning, bedding, etc. can be arranged for longer stays but please make sure you request this when booking.

This apartment is owned and managed by a team that definitely have a passion for what they do. I've stayed in quite a few airbnbs, and usually the ones managed by companies have a little bit less care and attention to detail - however this wasn't the case this one. I found the apartment very well equipped, attention to detail was very much appreciated and it seems they carry great pride in each of their apartments. It is in a fantastic location, on one of the primary walking streets in Gothic with its antique shops winding up into the public square and cathedral that is stunning any time of day. The walk down to the beach is also not much of a hassle, with cafes and restaurants lining the street and then a short walk along the harbour admiring the super yachts. We found everything we needed and more in this stay. The only consideration I would add is this is an apartment at the back of the block, so with that you have no street noise which is great, but you also have limited natural light. Their are two atriums (one accessed from living room/kitchen and another from the bedroom) that provide some light and fresh air & the apartment is well lit - but as an Australian used to a lot of UV light it was something I had to get a little used to. Also remember that these older buildings are a little less fortified against upstairs and downstairs apartments so you may receive a little noise that way too. But overall, highly recommended - can't wait to visit again and have another beer at the small bar downstairs (Amades), coffee at plaza del pi, a walk by the cathedral de Barcelona at sunset or some tapas at Venus deli - all at your fingertips. Thanks again team for the great stay. Jason
