You’ll feel a sense of space as soon as you walk into this recently refurbished apartment, with its open-plan lounge and kitchen area.  

There’s comfortable sofa in the lounge and a small balcony overlooking the street. 

With its central island, the fully equipped kitchen is the perfect spot for a coffee at breakfast and for lunch and dinner. Its eye-catching flooring is a tribute to the cement tiles used widely in the 19th century. We’re sure you’ll love it.  

Warm and welcoming, the bedroom has a double bed, while the newly refurbished bathroom is modern and comfortable and has a large shower. 

The sights are all nearby if you fancy a stroll: the ever spectacular Ramblas – the beating heart of the city – the iconic Boquería market, the Teatro del Liceo, Gaudí’s Palau Güell, the city’s aquarium, the Museo Marítimo, Columbus’ statue and much more besides.

If you’re a movie buff, then don’t miss the Filmoteca de Catalunya. Situated just around the corner, it stages exhibitions, round tables and screenings promoting the culture of international and Catalan cinema: www.filmoteca.cat.

Legal Requirements and Security Deposit (Law 11/2025 and Law 13/1996)
Mandatory Security Deposit: In accordance with current legislation, we are required to request a security deposit proportional to the stay (based on 2 months for 12-month contracts).

Management and Deposit: This security deposit will be deposited with INCASÒL (the competent official body). Payment will be processed securely through the Airbnb Resolution Center once the reservation is confirmed.

Refund: The refund will be issued via bank transfer after checkout, once the condition of the apartment and compliance with contractual obligations have been verified. Due to INCASÒL's administrative processing times, the refund may take between 1 and 2 months.

Rental Contract: A seasonal contract for leisure, recreational use, or vacation will be signed with the property owner. For this purpose, we will request, among others: proof of habitual residence, flight information, identity documents, documentation proving the vacation, leisure, or recreational purpose, and a sworn statement justifying the leisure purpose of the trip.
