Did you know that there is more than one Rambla in Barcelona? While there is unquestionably none more famous than the one found in the centre of Barcelona, the district of Poblenou has its very own Rambla boulevard too, one that runs down to the sea too. With its modernista buildings, restaurants and shops, it is the beating heart of this traditional neighbourhood.

This welcoming 45m² apartment, with its white brick walls and bare wooden beams, lies just off the Rambla, at the sea end. Filled with light and newly renovated, it’s a charming space with everything you need. 

In the lounge area you’ll find a large, comfortable sofa opposite the TV. The dining table links the lounge area and kitchen, which is modern and welcoming, with its wood-topped island, cement-tile floor and everything you need to make a lovely meal if you’re staying in. 

Next you'll find the bedroom, which has a double bed, a toilet and a separate shower. A lot of thought has gone into designing this apartment to make the most of the space available, which is why you can also access the toilet directly from the livingroom, without going through the bedroom. And the bedroom also has a desk you can use to work or study.

You are in Poblenou, the most creative neighbourhood in Barcelona, where the factories of the old industrial district have been converted into lofts, architecture studios, alternative co-working spaces, urban gardens, art galleries, and design schools. 

Foodies will be spoilt for choice, with coffee roasteries, vegan restaurants, local and international cuisine, horchata and ice-cream parlours, and artisan bakeries all nearby.

And best of all, the beach is just a 5-minute walk away. Here you can watch the sun come up, play sports, relax in a hammock under a beach parasol and grab a bite to eat at a beach bar.

When it comes to exploring other parts of the city, you’re very well served by public transport and there are excellent links to the airport.

This apartment is available to rent for a minimum of one month, giving you plenty of time to discover Poblenou and the city of Barcelona.

Legal Requirements and Security Deposit (Law 11/2025 and Law 13/1996)
Mandatory Security Deposit: In accordance with current legislation, we are required to request a security deposit proportional to the stay (based on 2 months for 12-month contracts).

Management and Deposit: This security deposit will be deposited with INCASÒL (the competent official body). Payment will be processed securely through the Airbnb Resolution Center once the reservation is confirmed.

Refund: The refund will be issued via bank transfer after checkout, once the condition of the apartment and compliance with contractual obligations have been verified. Due to INCASÒL's administrative processing times, the refund may take between 1 and 2 months.

Rental Contract: A seasonal contract for leisure, recreational use, or vacation will be signed with the property owner. For this purpose, we will request, among others: proof of habitual residence, flight information, identity documents, documentation proving the vacation, leisure, or recreational purpose, and a sworn statement justifying the leisure purpose of the trip.
