If there’s one thing better than travelling to Barcelona, it’s living in Barcelona. And there’s no better place than Las Ramblas for exploring the city and discovering new places, new experiences and new people.
Recently renovated, this wonderful apartment is the ideal base for anyone looking to live in the heart of Barcelona.
The lounge is full of character, with its welcoming bare brick walls, which are more than 200 years old, its eye-catching flooring – a tribute to the cement tiles used widely in the 19th century – and its high ceiling with bare wooden beams.
By the sofa there’s a little area decked out with easy chairs for doing a little reading or work. The choice is yours.
The little balcony is the perfect spot for enjoying an outdoor coffee and watching Las Ramblas gradually come to life in the morning.
Spacious and modern with wooden details adding a touch of warmth and tying in with the table, the kitchen is kitted out with all the appliances and utensils you need.
The master bedroom has a double bed and a full ensuite bathroom and there’s a second bedroom with a double bed of its own.
You’ll find another bathroom along the corridor.
Situated between the districts of Gótico and Raval, the apartment is close to Barcelona’s most famous streets: Calle Ferrán, which has now been pedestrianised and leads to Barcelona City Hall; Plaça Reial, one of the city’s liveliest and most beautiful squares; and, of course, Las Ramblas – Barcelona’s most iconic street and bustling with people and street performers and lined with cafes, restaurants, markets and shops.
But don't worry about trying to do it all in one day. You can enjoy a full 30 days as this apartment is rented on a monthly basis.
You also have the support of the Lodging team, who are just a phone call away, 24 hours a day.
We’re all ready to welcome you. And so is your apartment. So when are you coming?

Welcome to Barcelona! We’re delighted to have you with us and we hope you have an amazing time staying in our flat. That being said, and at the risk of stating the obvious, here are some basic ground rules for you to follow.
We’re not the police, nor do we want you to feel like we’re patronizing you, but we think it’s our duty to point out some common-sense stuff, as we’ve had some experiences in the past with guests who haven’t behaved so well.
Respect the neighbors. Put yourself in their shoes and keep the noise down to a minimum after 10PM. You are on holiday, but they are probably stressed about their jobs and would appreciate a good night’s sleep. We want you to have fun but to be reasonable too, and to treat others how you would want them to treat you. Also, try to avoid slamming doors and making a noise in hallways. And please try to be quiet when entering the building. It’s not hard to be a good neighbor and annoying them is only going to get you into trouble, which is something you surely don’t need when you’re on holiday. You’re also not allowed to have more guests than you stated when making your reservation.
No parties! We get it – you’re excited about being in Barcelona. But remember: the walls are thin and if you’re having a party, then so are the neighbors. And they might not be in the mood for one. Bear in mind that they may call the police to complain, which is something we all want to avoid. Any guests causing a disturbance will be asked to leave the apartment immediately. And they won’t get a refund. Sorry!
Keys and check-out
Please do not leave the keys in the mailbox. If you leave earlier than your check-out time, please leave the keys on the table and pull the door shut behind you. Most flats have doors that don’t need to be locked when you leave. Incidentally, that’s something to watch out for, as it’s very easy to get locked out, which is also a bummer – take our word for it! Make sure you lock the door with the key every time you leave the flat. It’ll keep your belongings safer.
Do not smoke inside
NO smoking allowed in the apartment. We care about your lungs, but if you have to do it, please step outside. We’d like to keep the flat smelling nice and fresh for our next guests.
Do not waste energy
We kindly ask you to please turn the lights and air conditioning units OFF whenever you leave the apartment. We care about our planet.
Additional cleaning, bedding, etc. can be arranged for longer stays but please make sure you request this when booking.
