Welcome to this beautiful, freshly renovated apartment located in the heart of Poblenou.
A living room with a comfortable sofa, a flatscreen TV and a balcony where you can take a seat, have a coffee and drink in the parks and streets of your new neighbourhood.
A beautiful kitchen, fully equipped down to the last detail. If cooking’s your thing, you’ll surely love the central island, where your friends can watch you cook while munching on some tapas and sipping a nice Spanish wine. The island also has a table where you can all sit for lunch and dinner.
A bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a single bed and a small office space, and a bathroom with a large shower tray.
What more could you want?
You are in Poblenou, the most creative neighbourhood in Barcelona, where the factories of the old industrial district have been converted into lofts, architecture studios, alternative co-working spaces, urban gardens, art galleries, and design schools.
La Sala Beckett, space devoted to contemporary theatrical creation which inspired the flat's name, is located just around the corner.
Foodies will be spoilt for choice, with coffee roasteries, vegan restaurants, international cuisine, horchata and ice-cream parlours, and artisan bakeries all nearby.
If you like strolling around, you’ll love the Rambla de Poblenou and the pedestrianised Calle Amigó, a popular haunt with the locals.
And best of all, the beach is just a 15-minute walk away. Here you can watch the sun come up, play sports, relax in a hammock under a beach parasol and grab a bite to eat at a beach bar.
When it comes to exploring other parts of the city, you’re very well served by public transport and there are excellent links to the airport.
This apartment is available to rent for a minimum of one month, giving you plenty of time to discover Poblenou and the city of Barcelona.
We’re ready to welcome you. And so is your apartment. So, when are you coming?
Metro Poblenou.
TRAVELING BY CAR?
If you’re planning on driving to Barcelona, rest assured we’ll help you park your car safely. We typically recommend booking your parking spot in advance online via Parclick.
In order to protect air quality and public health, traffic in Barcelona has been restricted from 1 January 2020. Therefore, the most polluting vehicles will not be allowed to circulate on working days, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm. Please enter the number plate of your vehicle to find out if it can circulate freely in Barcelonahere.
Vehicles registered outside Spain are not classified according to the environmental criteria of the Spanish Traffic Authority DGT. For this reason, all foreign vehicles must be registered before they can drive in the low emission zones. House rules
Welcome to Barcelona! We are delighted to have you with us and hope you have an amazing time at our apartment. To make sure your trip goes smoothly, here are some basic ground rules that we kindly ask you to follow.
Please take the neighbours into consideration
We would appreciate it if you could keep any noise to a minimum after 10pm (so no parties or loud music, please) and to avoid letting doors slam shut or making too much noise when
entering and leaving the building. Your holiday is important to us, but so is the well-being of your neighbours, who still need to go about their everyday lives in peace and tranquility. Any guests who cause a disturbance by hosting a party or such like will be asked to leave the apartment immediately (no refund will be made in such circumstances). Please also be aware that you are not allowed to have more guests staying at the apartment than indicated in your reservation.
Keys and check-out
Please do not leave the keys in the mailbox when vacating the apartment. If you leave earlier than your check-out time, please leave the keys on the table and pull the door shut behind you.
The doors to most of our apartments do not need to be locked when you leave, which makes it very easy for you to lock yourself out. To avoid this, make sure you keep the key with you
whenever you leave the apartment and lock the door yourself.
No smoking!
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. If you have to smoke, please go outside.
Save energy
We kindly ask you to please turn the lights and air conditioning units OFF whenever you leave the apartment.
Extras
Additional cleaning, bedding, etc. can be arranged for longer stays. Please request this when making your booking.
