A ground floor in an old house with a charming patio: our apartment in El Clot couldn't better represent the area it's located in. 

You access the apartment in the most comfortable way possible: from the street directly, without steps or elevator. 

The living room, the first room you encounter, is square and spacious. With colourful armchairs and a comfortable sofa, a coffee table with the TV, and the dining table by the window, making the most of the natural light.

Continuing down the hallway, you reach the bathroom, with white and wooden colours, well-equipped, and featuring a bathtub-shower for your convenience.

Next to the bathroom, there's the bedroom, with a comfortable double bed and decorated with warm and inviting tones.

Next, you have the kitchen, with a breakfast bar for a quick meal or snack, and everything you need if you want to cook.

Leaving the kitchen behind, you arrive at a bright space with a desk for work or study.

And finally, the best part: the beautiful patio surrounded by plants. There, you can have dinner during summer nights, enjoy breakfast or brunch throughout the year, or simply sit and contemplate the Barcelona sky.

Embark on discovering your new neighbourhood. The Rogent street, the equivalent of Rambla, with cafes, terraces, and shops. Visit the Market Square where you can do your shopping with your new neighbours and sit at a vermouth bar.

If you want to explore its past, go and visit the most emblematic places in the area: the Torre del Fang and its legend of the "eaten heart"; the Farinera, the former flour factory turned cultural centre; the Clot street with its small houses, and the traditional bakery Pastelería la Palma, which just celebrated its 100th anniversary. 

The location is also strategic. You can visit the vibrant Glorias shopping centre on foot, reach the beach in 15 minutes by bus, and the centre of Barcelona in 10 minutes by metro. You even have the Clot train station nearby to explore Catalonia with all convenience.
