With a surface of 45 m2, this lovely apartment is perfect for your next stay in Barcelona! It is located on the ground floor with an elevator and a private terrace. Nicely decorated, it has a capacity of 4 persons and is very functional with a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, cooking utensils, washing machine, etc.). It is open to the living room where two people can sleep on the sofa bed (190x135). It has a double bedroom with two single beds joint together. From the living room, you can enjoy a private terrace that lets the light go into all the apartment. With double glass windows, the apartment is very well soundproofed. The bathroom is composed of a shower, a WC and a cabinet with a mirror. We give our guests towels (one per person) and sheets.There is also free Wi-Fi connection and air conditioning in the apartment.The building has a video surveillance camera 24 hours a day and the apartment also has its own intercom with video camera. Located near the Ramblas, the most popular street in Barcelona, it is very well connected by metro (L1 Plaza Catalunya L3 Liceu) and buses. You will find supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, and anything you need around the corner. It is a very cosmopolitan, trendy and lively area, at 5 minutes' walk only from Plaza Catalunya and Paseo de Gracia, the main shopping avenue of Barcelona!Please note that the check-in time is between 14:00 pm and 20:00 pm. The apartment is located at The Rambla area, one of the most famous streets of Barcelona. With a 2 km extension, this picturesque avenue stretches out from Plaza Catalunya to the port of Barcelona. Along its way, you will find small flower and animal shops, news stands and a great variety of street artists. Also, you will be able to visit there the famous food market La Boquería, the Liceu theatre, Antonio Gaudí’s Palau Güell and the Plaza Real square, with its famous lanterns also designed by Gaudí.
