We’ve designed this apartment exclusively for you. You’ll feel like you are in a sanctuary of peace and tranquillity, a place to unwind after a day in the vibrant Catalan capital.

The apartment is large, bathed in natural daylight, white in colour with Mediterranean decorative touches.

Inside, a spacious living room with vaulted ceilings and a sofa chaise longue to kick back with some TV or a book. A beautiful wooden dining table and four rattan chairs. And a small balcony with street access where you can sit with your morning coffee, refreshing soft drink or a Catalan vermouth at sunset.

A sliding door separates the living room from the rest of the apartment. The hallway leads first to the bathroom, fully renovated and equipped with a shower.

Following the hallway we arrive at the kitchen, also fully equipped and with all the accessories and appliances you might need.

Finally, the bedroom, spacious and cosy, with a double bed under the vaulted, bare, tile-coloured ceilings.

You’ll be living next to the unmissable Avinguda Gaudí, a pedestrian street connecting the Sagrada Familia temple with another modernist marvel, the Hospital de Santa Creu i Sant Pau.

Both monuments have been declared UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

All this in the characteristic Eixample neighbourhood: take the opportunity to discover how true locals live.

Do your daily shopping at the Mercat de la Sagrada Familia and check out Passeig de Sant Joan for brunch on weekends. Stroll through the wide streets down to the centre of the city. Or go in

the opposite direction and explore lively Gràcia, a little secret in the form of pedestrian streets and charming squares where you can experience Barcelona at its most charismatic.

This apartment is rented monthly, so you will have plenty time to discover all this and so much more.

TRAVELING BY CAR?

If you’re planning on driving to Barcelona, rest assured we’ll help you park your car safely. We typically recommend booking your parking spot in advance online via Parclick.

In order to protect air quality and public health, traffic in Barcelona has been restricted from 1 January 2020. Therefore, the most polluting vehicles will not be allowed to circulate on working days, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm. Please enter the number plate of your vehicle to find out if it can circulate freely in Barcelonahere.

Vehicles registered outside Spain are not classified according to the environmental criteria of the Spanish Traffic Authority DGT. For this reason, all foreign vehicles must be registered before they can drive in the low emission zones. Applications can be made to include any kind of foreign-registered vehicle in the Register of Authorisations.

IS THIS A WORK TRIP?

Our apartments are equipped with reliable, fiber-optic WI-FI and offer a very comfortable
homeworking set-up – well, as comfortable as working from home can be!

CONDITIONS

Long term bookings have an agency fee of 10% + IVA of the total booking value.

SUPPLIES

The cost of electricity, water, gas and internet is not included in the price and is paid separately at €200 or €350 monthly, depending on the type of apartment.

CLEANING

There is a cost of 90 EUR for the final cleaning of the apartment which is not included in the price. 

CHECK-IN FEES:

-Monday to Saturday:

• €25 for arrivals from 8pm -11pm.

• €50 for arrivals from 11pm.

-Sunday and holidays

• €30 until 11pm.

• €50 from 11pm.

House rules

Welcome to Barcelona! We are delighted to have you with us and hope you have an amazing time at our apartment. To make sure your trip goes smoothly, here are some basic ground rules that we kindly ask you to follow.

Please take the neighbours into consideration

We would appreciate it if you could keep any noise to a minimum after 10pm (so no parties or loud music, please) and to avoid letting doors slam shut or making too much noise when
entering and leaving the building. Your holiday is important to us, but so is the well-being of your neighbours, who still need to go about their everyday lives in peace and tranquility. Any guests who cause a disturbance by hosting a party or such like will be asked to leave the apartment immediately (no refund will be made in such circumstances). Please also be aware that you are not allowed to have more guests staying at the apartment than indicated in your reservation.

Keys and check-out

Please do not leave the keys in the mailbox when vacating the apartment. If you leave earlier than your check-out time, please leave the keys on the table and pull the door shut behind you.
The doors to most of our apartments do not need to be locked when you leave, which makes it very easy for you to lock yourself out. To avoid this, make sure you keep the key with you
whenever you leave the apartment and lock the door yourself.

No smoking!

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. If you have to smoke, please go outside.

Save energy

We kindly ask you to please turn the lights and air conditioning units OFF whenever you leave the apartment.

Extras

Additional cleaning, bedding, etc. can be arranged for longer stays. Please request this when making your booking.
 

Arrival

Standard check-in is from 3pm to 8pm. Though we do accommodate late arrivals, the following
fees will be charged to cover for our staff having to work late:

-Monday to Saturday:

• €25 for arrivals from 8pm -11pm.

• €50 for arrivals from 11pm.

-Sunday and holidays

• €30 until 11pm.

• €50 from 11pm.

These fees must be paid in cash to the Lodging Barcelona staff member during check-in.

Departure
Check-out time is 11am. If there are no other bookings on the day you depart, you can arrange to leave your luggage in the apartment until you leave Barcelona or arrange a later check-out time.

Lost keys

A fee of €50 will be charged for the replacement of lost keys.

One last request

On your last day, please wash the dishes and take out the garbage. Thank you!
