It’s not easy to find a one-bedroom flat as spacious as this one – and with such a large, beautiful terrace!
Located on the building’s Principal floor, this level was historically considered the most prestigious because, before lifts existed, the lower the flat, the fewer stairs to climb. But don’t worry – the building now has a lift for your convenience.
Principal flats are also known for their high ceilings and large terraces overlooking the inner courtyard. In our case, the terrace is equipped for outdoor dining and features a comfortable outdoor furniture so you can fully enjoy your stay.
The apartment includes a living room with a semi-integrated kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and an additional toilet, a home-office area that doubles as a second living room with a sofa bed, a double bedroom, and, of course, the terrace – tucked away from street noise, where you’ll only hear the cheerful sounds of a nearby primary school during the day.

You’re also close to Plaça Espanya, a major transport hub where the Barcelona Airport Aerobus stops. From here, you can walk to the authentic Sants neighbourhood, untouched by mass tourism, and the Sants train station.
Stroll through Montjuïc, Barcelona’s green lung, where you’ll find the Olympic Ring, including the Olympic Stadium and Palau Sant Jordi, offering the city’s best panoramic views. Alternatively, walk down Avinguda Mistral, the heart of the Sant Antoni district, lined with trendy hipster restaurants, until you reach Paral·lel and Poble Sec.

Legal Requirements and Security Deposit (Law 11/2025 and Law 13/1996)
Temporary Nature of the Stay: In all cases, the guest must demonstrate the temporary nature of the stay. Supporting documentation will be required according to the declared purpose (professional, academic, medical, or any other duly justified non-permanent reason).
Mandatory Security Deposit: In accordance with current legislation, a security deposit equivalent to 3 months’ rent will be required (1 month mandatory legal deposit and 2 additional months). The mandatory legal security deposit will be lodged with INCASÒL (the competent official institution).
Refund: The refund will be issued by bank transfer after checkout, once the condition of the apartment and compliance with contractual obligations have been verified. Due to INCASÒL’s administrative processing times, the refund may take between 1 and 2 months.
Rental Contract: A seasonal rental contract will be signed with the property owner. The guest must provide the documentation requested by the company, including proof of habitual residence, identity documents, and documentation supporting the temporary and non-permanent nature of the stay.
