Once you are settled in your new home, take the opportunity to walk to the beach, a 15-minute walk away or shopping at the Diagonal Mar shopping mall. It will be easy to discover the centre of Barcelona (20 minutes away by public transport) and stroll through its most iconic streets, such as Las Ramblas or Paseo de Gracia, and discover the Gothic Quarter, the Born or the Eixample.

If you have a car, take advantage of the convenient location of this flat to easily get in and out of the city and discover all that Catalonia has to offer. 

A must for luxury brands lovers: the Outlet La Roca Village, a 20-minute drive away, and on the way back visit the Maresme coastline of seaside villages and beaches such as Santa Susana or Pineda de mar, with good restaurants where you can eat with your feet in the sand either in summer or winter, thanks to the mild local temperatures. 

There’s plenty for nature and culture lovers to see and do with the Costa Brava, Montserrat Mountain and its monastery, and the medieval villages of Empordà all within easy reach.
