You'll find everything: fruit and vegetables, typical Spanish cured meats and cheeses, butchers and fishmongers, as well as a few bars where you can have breakfast with the locals.

A stroll through the neighbourhood will take you to Barcelona Cathedral, the ancient Roman walls and the Museum of Catalan History. A stroll through the narrow, labyrinthine medieval streets of the Gothic Quarter. Or you can go shopping in the Born, the neighbourhood of artisans and designers where you are.

Or if you prefer the big brands, the Paseo de Gracia with the modernist mark of Gaudí. Or the spectacular Rambla de Barcelona, the true soul of the city, with the iconic La Boqueria market and the Liceu theatre, Gaudí's Palau Güell, the Aquarium... A swim at the beach and a paella in the fishing district of Barceloneta.
