Just reaching the old wooden portal of the 18th century palace where your apartment is located, you will understand that it is a very special place.

You will access it through a private patio and, after climbing the 5 steps, you will find 90m2 distributed on two levels.

In the first level, with high ceilings and wooden beams, it has a living room with large windows with a sofa bed and a dining table. 

You also have a modern kitchen with a central island and a small bar with stools, a service toilet, a huge bedroom with a double bed and an en suite designer bathroom with bathtub and shower. 

You go up the stairs and on the second level you have another bedroom with a 2 individual beds.

The apartment is located in the oldest district of Barcelona, the Barri Gòtic. This beautiful area, with its buildings and narrow streets, will transport you back to medieval times. It is a neighbourhood full of street artists and musicians, small antique shops, artisans, designers... and cosy restaurants, tapas bars and cafés where you can enjoy some churros with chocolate. 

Visit the Cathedral of Barcelona, the ancient Roman walls and the Museum of Catalan History, Plaça del Pi with its beautiful church that often hosts concerts, the monumental Plaça del Rei or the secret Plaça de Sant Felip Neri, which many local residents consider the prettiest in town.

But don’t worry, you have 30 days or more to explore the Gothic and Barcelona as Gothic only accepts monthly rentals.

Legal Requirements and Security Deposit (Law 11/2025 and Law 13/1996)
Mandatory Security Deposit: In accordance with current legislation, we are required to request a security deposit proportional to the stay (based on 2 months for 12-month contracts).

Management and Deposit: This security deposit will be deposited with INCASÒL (the competent official body). Payment will be processed securely through the Airbnb Resolution Center once the reservation is confirmed.

Refund: The refund will be issued via bank transfer after checkout, once the condition of the apartment and compliance with contractual obligations have been verified. Due to INCASÒL's administrative processing times, the refund may take between 1 and 2 months.

Rental Contract: A seasonal contract for leisure, recreational use, or vacation will be signed with the property owner. For this purpose, we will request, among others: proof of habitual residence, flight information, identity documents, documentation proving the vacation, leisure, or recreational purpose, and a sworn statement justifying the leisure purpose of the trip.
