It’s time to book your new home in Barcelona. What are you waiting for? A bright and spacious apartment designed to make you feel so at home, whether you’re working, studying or enjoying a long holiday, that you might be tempted just to stay in.
The spacious lounge/dining area, which opens out invitingly on to a lovely balcony, is stunningly original and seamlessly marries stylish furniture, a tropical black and white decorative wall sticker, and a traditional, red-brick, Catalan vaulted ceiling.
Well-equipped and exquisitely decorated, the stunning kitchen has an island at its centre, ideal for meal times.
The apartment also has three beautiful bedrooms, each with a double bed, and two modern bathrooms with showers.
If you do manage to venture out, the new Barcelona is waiting to be discovered: El Mercat dels Encants, the Teatre Nacional and the Museu del Disseny, not to mention the bustling neighbourhood of Poblenou.
An area with an industrial past, its old warehouses are gradually being converted into coworking studios, offices for architects and TV production companies, loft apartments for surfers, and niche cafes.
Revitalised thanks to the 1992 Olympic Games, this now-trendy part of town is home to most of the city’s beaches.
And if you need to go shopping, you’re right next door to the Centro Comercial Glorias, where you’ll find everything you’re looking for.
We’ll take care of all the administrative stuff, upkeep and cleaning (electricity, water, gas and internet bills, clean sheets, film streaming sign-ups, gym memberships, etc), leaving you free to enjoy your stay to the max.
Don’t forget that you’ll have the support of the Lodging team. We’re just a phone call away, 24/7.
We’re ready and waiting to welcome you. And so’s your apartment. When can we expect you?

If you’re planning on driving to Barcelona, rest assured we’ll help you park your car safely. We
typically recommend booking your parking spot in advance online via Parclick.
In order to protect air quality and public health, traffic in Barcelona has been restricted from 1 January
2020. Therefore, the most polluting vehicles will not be allowed to circulate on working days, Monday
to Friday, from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm. Please enter the number plate of your vehicle to find out if it can

at our apartment. To make sure your trip goes smoothly, here are some basic ground rules that
we kindly ask you to follow.
Please take the neighbours into consideration
We would appreciate it if you could keep any noise to a minimum after 10pm (so no parties or
loud music, please) and to avoid letting doors slam shut or making too much noise when
entering and leaving the building. Your holiday is important to us, but so is the well-being of your
neighbours, who still need to go about their everyday lives in peace and tranquillity. Any guests
who cause a disturbance by hosting a party or such like will be asked to leave the apartment
immediately (no refund will be made in such circumstances). Please also be aware that you are
not allowed to have more guests staying at the apartment than indicated in your reservation.
Keys and check-out
Please do not leave the keys in the mailbox when vacating the apartment. If you leave earlier
than your check-out time, please leave the keys on the table and pull the door shut behind you.
The doors to most of our apartments do not need to be locked when you leave, which makes it
very easy for you to lock yourself out. To avoid this, make sure you keep the key with you
whenever you leave the apartment and lock the door yourself.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. If you have to smoke, please go outside.
We kindly ask you to please turn the lights and air conditioning units OFF whenever you leave the
Additional cleaning, bedding, etc. can be arranged for longer stays. Please request this when
making your booking.
