This fantastic split-level apartment with connecting staircase is located on the top floor of a property in Eixample.
Complete with an attic roof, the upper level has a bedroom with a newly renovated full ensuite bathroom with shower. Far from your average Barcelona living space, this original apartment has a welcoming open-plan area, a small lounge with a sofa and TV, and an office area that’s perfect for homeworking.
On the lower level you’ll find another double bedroom with a spacious bathroom, which also has a shower. Both bedrooms have air conditioning.
The well-equipped kitchen connects with the unique lounge, which is full of inviting little corners. When it comes to meal times, you can eat in the characterful, light-filled glassed-in dining room or out on the terrace. The choice is yours.
The terrace, which runs around the apartment, is where you’ll no doubt want to spend most of your time. With its tables, loungers and armchairs, it’s the ideal spot for sipping on an aperitif and chatting to your friends. Alternatively, you can kick back in a hammock and take in the Barcelona skyline.
Don’t forget either that you’re in the best city in the world, as chosen by The Telegraph in 2022, and in the coolest neighbourhood in the world, an accolade bestowed on Eixample Esquerra by Time Out magazine in 2020.
The surrounding area is packed with shops, bars and restaurants. Also nearby is the Mercat del Ninot (open in the mornings only), where you can shop like a local.
The typical Barcelona neighbourhood of Sant Antoni is just a 15-minute walk away. Why not stop off there for a vermouth before winding your way down to El Raval and Las Ramblas?
The local area is very well served by public transport, while Barcelona’s main railway station, Sants-Estació, is just five minutes away by car. The Clínic and Sagrat Cor hospitals are also a ten-minute walk away.
We’re ready and waiting to welcome you. And so’s your apartment. So when are you coming?
