Your new home awaits you: a comfortable, recently renovated and fully equipped space so that you don't need anything if you come to work, study or simply enjoy the Catalan capital. 

Inside the apartment you will find two beautiful and functional bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with a single bed. 

In the modern kitchen you have all the accessories and appliances you need.

Finally, you have a modern bathroom with shower, and the bright, comfortably furnished living-dining room.

Once installed, we recommend that you first spend a day discovering the Gràcia neighborhood. You will see that entering the neighborhood is like going to a town. 

The noise of the traffic and the tall buildings disappear to give way to narrow streets animated by small shops and squares full of terraces where life is carried out as usual. Plaça del Sol, del Diamant, de la República... discover a different square every day. 

And if it happens that you are during the Gràcia festivities, in August, go ahead and live them with your new neighbors.

When you are ready to explore Barcelona, start with Gaudí, since from here you have the Sagrada Familia, Parc Güell, Hospital de Sant Pau or Casa Vicens only 15 minutes on foot.

Legal Requirements and Security Deposit (Law 11/2025 and Law 13/1996)
Mandatory Security Deposit: In accordance with current legislation, we are required to request a security deposit proportional to the stay (based on 2 months for 12-month contracts).

Management and Deposit: This security deposit will be deposited with INCASÒL (the competent official body). Payment will be processed securely through the Airbnb Resolution Center once the reservation is confirmed.

Refund: The refund will be issued via bank transfer after checkout, once the condition of the apartment and compliance with contractual obligations have been verified. Due to INCASÒL's administrative processing times, the refund may take between 1 and 2 months.

Rental Contract: A seasonal contract for leisure, recreational use, or vacation will be signed with the property owner. For this purpose, we will request, among others: proof of habitual residence, flight information, identity documents, documentation proving the vacation, leisure, or recreational purpose, and a sworn statement justifying the leisure purpose of the trip.
