This elegant apartment, located in a beautiful building from the beginning of the 19th century, has three beautiful and functional bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with a single bed. Two of the bedrooms have a small balcony so you can go out to greet the day. 

The spacious and stately living-dining room, with its comfortable leather sofa, is open to the modern kitchen with a breakfast bar and stools, equipped with all the accessories and appliances you need. The large windows let in the sunlight, illuminating the entire room, even a small corner that's perfect for quiet reading. 

Finally, you’ll have a charming and modern bathroom with a shower and another bathroom with a bathtub.

Down below, Barcelona’s instantly recognizable buildings, streets and monuments are waiting to be discovered. There’s a lot to see on the Passeig de la Bonanova, for example. You start in the neighborhood of Sarrià, similar to a small town and passing through Bonanova you reach Plaça Kennedy. From there you can catch the city’s outermost tram, which stops at the highest point of Barcelona, where you’ll find designer bars and exclusive restaurants serving up delicious food and spectacular views. You’ll just love it.

Legal Requirements and Security Deposit (Law 11/2025 and Law 13/1996)
Mandatory Security Deposit: In accordance with current legislation, we are required to request a security deposit proportional to the stay (based on 2 months for 12-month contracts).

Management and Deposit: This security deposit will be deposited with INCASÒL (the competent official body). Payment will be processed securely through the Airbnb Resolution Center once the reservation is confirmed.

Refund: The refund will be issued via bank transfer after checkout, once the condition of the apartment and compliance with contractual obligations have been verified. Due to INCASÒL's administrative processing times, the refund may take between 1 and 2 months.

Rental Contract: A seasonal contract for leisure, recreational use, or vacation will be signed with the property owner. For this purpose, we will request, among others: proof of habitual residence, flight information, identity documents, documentation proving the vacation, leisure, or recreational purpose, and a sworn statement justifying the leisure purpose of the trip.
