Your apartment is waiting for you here, everything you need in an exquisitely refurbished, warm and light-filled space complete with typical Catalan exposed-brick vaulted ceilings.
On your right when you walk in is a kitchen with everything you need to knock up a meal if you don’t fancy going out and a small dining table you can also use for a spot of remote working.
There’s also a corner with a sofa and TV and an exit to a balcony where you can sit and have your morning coffee and an aperitif at sunset as you drink in the narrow little streets of La Barceloneta.
On the left side of the apartment lies the sleeping area, which features a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and another small balcony. The room has a bathroom with shower and a handy washing machine.
The apartment, which also has air conditioning, is on the second floor in a building that has no lift.
Once you’ve settled in, all you have to do is decide whether to head downtown or go to the beach.
If the beach is the plan, then picture yourself swimming, doing a paddleboard or SUP yoga course, running on the shores of the Mediterranean, or just sampling the varied cuisine of a neighbourhood known for its rice and fish dishes and its lively bars.
If you’d prefer to explore Barcelona, then it’s a short, ten-minute walk to the city centre and its most iconic districts, buildings and monuments, among them the Gothic Quarter, Raval, Plaza Catalunya, and Paseo de Gracia.

Our apartments are equipped with reliable, fiber-optic WI-FI and offer a very comfortable homeworking set-up – well, as comfortable as working from home can be!
Long term bookings have an agency fee of 10% + IVA of the total booking value.
SUPPLIES: The cost of electricity, water, gas and internet is not included in the price and is paid separately at €200 or €350 monthly, depending on the type of apartment.
CLEANING: There is a cost of 90 EUR for the final cleaning of the apartment which is not included in the price.Check-in fees:
