Important information: This apartment is located on the 4th floor, in a building without elevator. 

Imagine yourself on the beach doing paddle surfing, playing with your children in the sand, running on the shores of the Mediterranean, shopping at the Barceloneta Market like your neighbors. Or simply enjoying the lively life of the neighborhood, famous for its tapas bars and vermouth bars, and its rice and fish restaurants with coveted terraces overlooking the sea. 

From Barceloneta you can access the Born and Gothic neighborhoods in a few minutes on foot, go up the Ramblas to Plaça de Catalunya and continue strolling along Rambla Catalunya and Passeig de Gràcia to the Gràcia neighborhood... All the Barcelonas are close to Barceloneta. But life is better by the sea.

Legal Requirements and Security Deposit (Law 11/2025 and Law 13/1996)
Mandatory Security Deposit: In accordance with current legislation, we are required to request a security deposit proportional to the stay (based on 2 months for 12-month contracts).

Management and Deposit: This security deposit will be deposited with INCASÒL (the competent official body). Payment will be processed securely through the Airbnb Resolution Center once the reservation is confirmed.

Refund: The refund will be issued via bank transfer after checkout, once the condition of the apartment and compliance with contractual obligations have been verified. Due to INCASÒL's administrative processing times, the refund may take between 1 and 2 months.

Rental Contract: A seasonal contract for leisure, recreational use, or vacation will be signed with the property owner. For this purpose, we will request, among others: proof of habitual residence, flight information, identity documents, documentation proving the vacation, leisure, or recreational purpose, and a sworn statement justifying the leisure purpose of the trip.
