Step out of the lift that serves the apartment and you’ll find a spacious setting that has been newly and very tastefully refurbished. Stunning exposed brick walls dating back more than 200 years are a feature of both the lounge and the apartment’s welcoming bedrooms.
The dining area has an inviting balcony that looks out on to the street and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen complete with a striking cement-tiled floor that pays homage to 19th century tiling. Contemporary and comfortable, the bathroom has a spacious shower.
But here’s the best thing of all: the terrace - private terrace for you to enjoy on the rooftop of the building. Imagine getting up in the morning, making a cup of coffee and walking out to greet the city. There’s also a table and loungers for you to relax in. The terrace even has its own shower.
The sights are all nearby if you fancy a stroll: the ever spectacular Rambla - the beating heart of the city - the iconic Boquería market, the Teatro del Liceo, Gaudí’s Palau Güell, the city’s aquarium, the Museo Marítimo, Columbus’ statue and much more besides.
El Raval is also home to some of the city’s finest culinary hot spots: the most modern and sophisticated eateries and the most traditional, serving up
time-honoured, local dishes. Take it from us, you’ll love the food.
If you’re in a group, there are three more apartments for you in the very same building. Ready to Raval?
You also have the support of the Lodging team, who are just a phone call away, 24 hours a day.
We’re all ready to welcome you. And so is your apartment So when are you coming?

TRAVELING BY CAR?
If you’re planning on driving to Barcelona, rest assured we’ll help you park your car safely. We
typically recommend booking your parking spot in advance online via Parclick.
In order to protect air quality and public health, traffic in Barcelona has been restricted from 1 January
2020. Therefore, the most polluting vehicles will not be allowed to circulate on working days, Monday
to Friday, from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm. Please enter the number plate of your vehicle to find out if it can
circulate freely in Barcelona here.
Vehicles registered outside Spain are not classified according to the environmental criteria of the
Spanish Traffic Authority DGT. For this reason, all foreign vehicles must be registered before they can
drive in the low emission zones. Applications can be made to include any kind of foreign-registered
vehicle in the Register of Authorisations.

House rules
Welcome to Barcelona! We are delighted to have you with us and hope you have an amazing time
at our apartment. To make sure your trip goes smoothly, here are some basic ground rules that
we kindly ask you to follow.
Please take the neighbours into consideration
We would appreciate it if you could keep any noise to a minimum after 10pm (so no parties or
loud music, please) and to avoid letting doors slam shut or making too much noise when
entering and leaving the building. Your holiday is important to us, but so is the well-being of your
neighbours, who still need to go about their everyday lives in peace and tranquillity. Any guests
who cause a disturbance by hosting a party or such like will be asked to leave the apartment
immediately (no refund will be made in such circumstances). Please also be aware that you are
not allowed to have more guests staying at the apartment than indicated in your reservation.
Keys and check-out
Please do not leave the keys in the mailbox when vacating the apartment. If you leave earlier
than your check-out time, please leave the keys on the table and pull the door shut behind you.
The doors to most of our apartments do not need to be locked when you leave, which makes it
very easy for you to lock yourself out. To avoid this, make sure you keep the key with you
whenever you leave the apartment and lock the door yourself.
No smoking!
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. If you have to smoke, please go outside.
Save energy
We kindly ask you to please turn the lights and air conditioning units OFF whenever you leave the
apartment.
Extras
Additional cleaning, bedding, etc. can be arranged for longer stays. Please request this when
making your booking.
Tourist tax
The government of Catalunya now levies a tourist tax of €4.40 per person over the age of 16 per
night, over a maximum of seven days. The tax helps pay for clean beaches, well-maintained
roads and excellent facilities.

Standard check-in is from 3pm to 8pm. Though we do accommodate late arrivals, the following
fees will be charged to cover for our staff having to work late:
-Monday to Saturday:
-Sunday and holidays
These fees must be paid in cash to the Lodging Barcelona staff member during check-in.
Departure
Check-out time is 11am. If there are no other bookings on the day you depart, you can arrange to leave your luggage in the apartment until you leave Barcelona or arrange a later check-out time.

One last request
On your last day, please wash the dishes and take out the garbage. Thank you!
