When you open the door to your new home in Barcelona, you will find a bright living room with an integrated kitchen with high wooden beam ceilings and large windows with access to the jewel of the apartment: the terrace.
Imagine getting up in the morning, preparing a coffee and going out to your terrace to greet the city. You also have a table and a functional chill out where you can relax.
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed with access to the terrace and a cosy bathroom with a shower.
The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate two more people.
And since a perfect day in Barcelona is lived on foot, from here you have everything close by: the spectacular Rambla de Barcelona, the true soul of the city, with the iconic La Boqueria market and the Liceu theatre, Gaudí's Palau Güell, the Barcelona Aquarium, the Maritime Museum...
El Raval also hides some of the best gastronomic hotspots in the city: the most modern and sophisticated and the most classic, with a more traditional and local cuisine. Make no mistake: you'll definitely eat well!
Casa Liceu is very well connected to the airport and public transport. The building has surveillance cameras as well as an intercom with a video camera to access each apartment. And if you are a group, in the same building you can have several more apartments.
In addition, you have the support of the Lodging team, which offers you a 24-hour telephone service.
We’re ready to welcome you. And so is your apartment So, when are you coming?

TRAVELING BY CAR?
If you’re planning on driving to Barcelona, rest assured we’ll help you park your car safely. We typically recommend booking your parking spot in advance online via Parclick.
In order to protect air quality and public health, traffic in Barcelona has been restricted from 1 January 2020. Therefore, the most polluting vehicles will not be allowed to circulate on working days, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm. Please enter the number plate of your vehicle to find out if it can circulate freely in Barcelonahere.
Vehicles registered outside Spain are not classified according to the environmental criteria of the Spanish Traffic Authority DGT. For this reason, all foreign vehicles must be registered before they can drive in the low emission zones. Applications can be made to include any kind of foreign-registered vehicle in the Register of Authorisations.

House rules
Welcome to Barcelona! We are delighted to have you with us and hope you have an amazing time at our apartment. To make sure your trip goes smoothly, here are some basic ground rules that we kindly ask you to follow.
Please take the neighbours into consideration
We would appreciate it if you could keep any noise to a minimum after 10pm (so no parties or loud music, please) and to avoid letting doors slam shut or making too much noise when
entering and leaving the building. Your holiday is important to us, but so is the well-being of your neighbours, who still need to go about their everyday lives in peace and tranquility. Any guests who cause a disturbance by hosting a party or such like will be asked to leave the apartment immediately (no refund will be made in such circumstances). Please also be aware that you are not allowed to have more guests staying at the apartment than indicated in your reservation.
Keys and check-out
Please do not leave the keys in the mailbox when vacating the apartment. If you leave earlier than your check-out time, please leave the keys on the table and pull the door shut behind you. The doors to most of our apartments do not need to be locked when you leave, which makes it very easy for you to lock yourself out. To avoid this, make sure you keep the key with you whenever you leave the apartment and lock the door yourself.
No smoking!
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. If you have to smoke, please go outside.
Save energy
We kindly ask you to please turn the lights and air conditioning units OFF whenever you leave the apartment.
Extras
Additional cleaning, bedding, etc. can be arranged for longer stays. Please request this when making your booking.
Tourist tax
The government of Catalunya now levies a tourist tax of €5.50 per person over the age of 16 per night, over a maximum of seven days. The tax helps pay for clean beaches, well-maintained roads and excellent facilities.
